Using Lovefiant
Lovefiant is a private space for two people in a relationship. By creating an account you agree to use it honestly, as yourself, and only with a partner who has agreed to share this space with you.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure. You must be old enough to consent to a relationship service in your country. You can delete your account at any time, and doing so removes your personal data.
Your content
Everything you write, upload or share stays yours. We do not claim ownership of your check-ins, notes or photos. We store them only to run the service for you and your partner.
Kind and lawful use
Do not use Lovefiant to harass, threaten, impersonate or harm another person, and do not upload content that is unlawful or that you have no right to share. We may suspend accounts that break this rule.
Sage, our AI guide
Sage offers supportive relationship guidance. It is not a licensed therapist, doctor or crisis service, and it is not a substitute for professional help. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Ending a connection
When either partner ends a connection, the shared data between you is permanently removed. A private summary of your own relationship trends may be kept for your personal insights only.
Changes to the service
We improve Lovefiant over time. We may add, change or retire features. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you before it takes effect.
